Our reputation for quality in the guarding sector is based both on our extensive employee screening processes and the high level of training provided. We have an inexhaustible reserve of guards with over 2500 guards on standby for large assignments.

These staff members work in shifts no longer than 12 hours. Our uniformed personnel range in rank from a junior guard up to a Supervisor. Our standby staffs are on call to fulfill any sudden increase in the demand for guard services, and to provide an extra force to be mobilized in case of emergency situations. We can also provide extra security personnel vehicles for special functions.

Supreme Security can supply and install a wide range of Closed Circuit TV systems. Following our survey and assessment of our customer's needs we may offer options that include digital or analogue, single view or split screen (multiplexer), remote viewing, motion-sensitive recording, day/night cameras, color or black and white etc.

Supreme Security provides an assessment of customer requirements, designing and installing the most effective intruder alarm system - ranging from a single-site system to a fully integrated and networked alarm system covering multiple locations.

Supreme Security is introducing this security system in Africa aimed at lowering barriers and security checks. This is ideal for public access areas. The infra-red is installed to monitor intruders, which then activates an alarm.

The Supreme Security radio-alarm clients are re-assured by the presence of strategically located Rapid Response Vehicles, which will respond to radio alarm activation within five minutes. On activation of a radio alarm, a coded radio transmission is received in the central control room, where the signal is decoded by computer. Controllers dispatch the nearest Rapid Response Vehicle to attend the Alarm. This vehicle is manned by highly trained crew members.

Upon arrival at the alarm activation site, the crew will secure the premises and respond appropriately to the situation. The Car Commander will assess the situation and call for reinforcements as necessary. Company standard operating procedures dictate that a second response vehicle is automatically dispatched to provide additional backup in case of a serious incident.

Supreme Security supplies and installs a range of fencing including electric strands, razor coil (electric or non-electric), and razor mesh. We also offer wireless fencing systems powered by solar.

The security teams are equipped with bullet-proof jackets and Magnum pump action shotguns, and therefore are able not only to defend but also to respond effectively to attack. They are all fully trained in C-I-T procedures and in firearm use. Our policy is to only utilize long-serving staff with excellent track records on our cash-in-transit contracts. The Cash-in-Transit trucks are constantly monitored by radio link with our Control Rooms and emergency mobile response vehicles.

All the radio communications equipment used by the company is high end MOTOROLA two way radios, supplied and maintained by Balton Uganda Limited, the official Motorola distributor for Uganda. Once the equipment is faulty, it is sent to them for service or repair, and then they immediately provide courtesy ones. Nevertheless, we as further back-up; we also maintain our own buffer stocks of communication equipment to ensure that the requirements of our customers are permanently met.

Supreme Security may be contracted to conduct special investigations into a wide range of matters such as fraud, burglaries, theft, etc.
